2. Orders: Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified. Ensure all information is correct before checkout.

4. Shipping: Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Delays due to courier services are beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property: All content (images, designs, logos) belongs to Boukhnag Prism and cannot be reused without permission.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our fashion items and limited edition drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of:

• Damaged or defective items (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos).

• Wrong item sent (must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order).

To request a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us through Instagram DM or email with your order number and proof of issue.
